This work helps you build that ahead of time. So you can recognise what’s happening in your body, instead of feeling at the mercy of it. So you can breathe, soften, and stay connected to yourself as labour unfolds.

The Deep Support Package — £2,850
(For first births, or for those wanting deeper emotional and physical preparation)
This package offers steady, continuous support from pregnancy through the early weeks after birth.
It’s designed to give you time and space to prepare, to ask questions, to feel into what you need, and to arrive at birth feeling supported rather than rushed.
Our work together unfolds gently, through breathwork, birth preparation, and calm postnatal care, always attuned to you and your pace.
You’ll be supported emotionally, physically, and practically, with space to prepare for birth in a way that feels grounded, personal, and connected.
Includes:
Three in-depth antenatal sessions (around three hours each, in your home), blending WholeBody Birth principles with emotional and physical preparation
A tailored breathwork and relaxation plan to support pregnancy, labour, and the transition into motherhood
A printed workbook with reflective prompts to support your preparation between sessions
Access to a curated collection of guided audios for pregnancy, labour, and the postnatal period
24/7 on-call support from 38–42 weeks
Continuous, steady support through labour until you are settled with your baby
Two postnatal visits — one for reflection and rest, and one offering nourishment and gentle care
Up to six weeks of ongoing message and phone support after birth
Access to a postnatal breathwork and regulation practice to support recovery and settling

The Birth Presence Package — £1,950
(Calm, experienced support at birth, with lighter preparation and a breath-led focus)
This package is for women who feel resourced in their pregnancy and are looking for a steady, grounded presence on the day of birth.
Our work together centres on breath — as a way to soften the body, release tension, and stay connected to yourself through the sensations of labour, and into the early days after birth. Preparation is light and focused, offering just enough space to feel ready, without adding more to your plate.
Includes:
One extended antenatal session (around three hours, in your home), focused on breathwork and learning how to soften the body, release tension, and work with the sensations of labour
24/7 on-call support from 38–42 weeks
Continuous, calm support through labour until you are settled with your baby
One postnatal visit to reflect, rest, and gently close our work together
Access to a short, guided postpartum breathwork practice to support settling, recovery, and reconnection
Up to two weeks of message support after birth
This package is intentionally spacious and contained. It offers experienced, attentive support at birth, while allowing you to move through pregnancy and early motherhood in your own way.
Birth Preparation - Introducing The WholeBody Birth Method
A full-body approach to birth preparation
The more we think about birth, the more we forget to feel it.
The WholeBody Birth Method is a practical, hands-on way to prepare for birth, one that helps you feel calm, capable, and connected to your body.
If you’ve ever left an antenatal class feeling like you learned about birth but didn’t really feel ready for it — this is where that changes.
You don’t need another PowerPoint on the stages of labour, you want to feel ready in your body.
Whether it’s your first birth or your third, these sessions help you build real, embodied confidence, the kind that lives in your breath, your muscles, your instincts. Through breathwork and gentle movement, you’ll reconnect to your body’s natural rhythm, learning how to breathe through intensity, soften into sensation, and trust what your body already knows. Because when you feel safe in your body, everything flows more easily.
How It Works
This is a private, in-person 1:1 birth preparation series held over three sessions in your home. Each session builds on the last, helping you move from knowledge to instinct, from understanding to embodied confidence.

Session One: Ground & Connect
Duration: 75–90 mins
By the end of this session, you will:
Feel more aware of your body and how it responds to stress and relaxation
Understand what happens in your body during labour, including how hormones affect how you feel and cope
Learn how your breathing supports your body in labour, including the relationship between breath, your ribs, and your pelvic floor
Take away simple, practical tools to help you feel safe, calm, and supported, both during labour and in everyday life
Understand how your surroundings can support comfort, safety, and a sense of ease
Session Two: Move & Release
Duration: 75–90 mins
By the end of this session, you will:
Know how to move your body instinctively during labour in ways that feel supportive and comfortable
Use your breath to stay present and steady when things feel intense
Feel more confident navigating contractions as they arise
Understand how your birth partner can support you through touch, rhythm, and presence
Undertstand how movement, your surroundings, and emotional safety work together to support labour
Session Three: Rehearse & Integrate
Duration: 90 mins
By the end of this session, you will:
Move through a full labour-style journey using breath, movement, and mindset
Feel more able to adapt if labour unfolds differently than expected
Deepen trust in your body and strengthen connection with your partner
Intergrate everything you have learned about your body, emotions, and environment
How You’ll Feel After Our Sessions
By the end of our time together, you’ll feel calm, confident, and ready, not because you’ve memorised information, but because your body has lived the preparation. Birth won’t feel like something to get through or perform. It will feel familiar, like an experience your whole being is ready to meet. You’ll have built a trust your body, your breath, and your instincts in a way that feels deeply natural.
