Hi, I’m Claire, a doula and breathwork facilitator based in Deepcut, Surrey.

Get to know me.

I support women across Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire and parts of London. Through pregnancy and birth, and through the many other transitions that shape a woman’s life. For those preparing for birth, our work is about more than information. Birth preparation isn’t something you memorise from a script. It’s something you feel in your body. It’s not about collecting techniques; it’s about creating enough safety within yourself that your body can work with you, not against you. But you don’t have to be pregnant to work with me.

The same breath-led, body-based tools that support labour, grounding, regulation, emotional steadiness, embodied confidence, are just as powerful in everyday life. Whether you’re navigating motherhood, overwhelm, identity shifts, perimenopause, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, my work meets you there. Together, we blend the practical and the emotional. Breathwork, birth preparation, hands-on support, and honest conversation that helps you feel grounded and clear in your choices, whether you’re preparing for labour or simply longing to feel more like yourself again.

Every journey is different. What matters most is that you feel seen, heard and genuinely cared for. With warmth, knowledge, and a little humour when it’s needed most, I’ll walk beside you, helping you return to calm, confidence and trust in your own body.

Why I do this work

I do this work because I know what it feels like to need steady support, to crave someone calm in the room, or a space where you can finally exhale. Over the years, I’ve seen how this kind of care changes everything, not just birth, but how women move through daily life.

When your body feels safe, your breath deepens, your mind softens, and your decisions come from a steadier place.

My approach blends everything I’ve learned as a mum of three, a doula, and a breathwork guide. It’s practical, emotional, and deeply human, helping you regulate, manage stress, and find calm even in the most intense moments. Every woman I work with leaves feeling softer, stronger, and more at home in herself.

That’s the transformation I care about most.

My first birth left me feeling powerless, spoken over, dismissed, and stripped of the confidence I thought I had. The early days after were the same: overwhelming, exhausting, and lonely. I kept thinking I just needed to be stronger. What I really needed was support, calm, consistent, human support that made me feel safe in my own body again. The second time, everything changed. I prepared differently. I learned how to breathe properly and to trust my body again. I discovered how safety lives in the body, not in the mind, and that calm isn’t something you think your way into. You feel it. You practise it. You anchor it. That birth was transformative. It showed me what’s possible when women feel supported and their bodies feel safe. It’s what led me here to this work. That experience is what fuels my work now, helping women find their voice, their power, and the grounded support they deserve.
